I have officially started packing. Before it was just "casually packing." We've stopped school for now and the kids are bored out of their minds! However, I bet they would say that they are glad they're not in school :-).
On Monday it was a holiday here and we decided to take a "family day" and go to PANACA. PANACA is like a state fair all year round :-). They have a lot of farm animals and activities you do with the animals; plus, shows (with the animals :-)). Jon just went to make it a "family affair" because he really doesn't enjoy animals too much.

The kids got to give bottles to piglets, play in a bunny yard, ride ponies, and feed all the goats, sheep and cows they wanted. We even got to see a newborn lamb! The staff hadn't even noticed that the sheep had lambed (the guy was surprised when I told him). Ellie thought it was gross because she said it had a bunch of "poop" on it. It was actually that the mom hadn't cleaned the sack off completely.
Marcos rode a pony and a bull. I guess he's going to be quite a cowboy! Actually, it was just for the picture :-). He is sick, so he slept a lot. But he did open his eyes for a little bit.

I really enjoyed myself seeing all the animals. I even tried to feed the Water Buffalo, but he had a hard time licking the food off my hand. I pretty much just got slobbered on!
Now that we had a vacation day it's back to work! Last night I had a hard time falling asleep after the midnight feeding because I started to think too much about all I have to do! :-) But, today I got the kids' rooms mostly packed up. So, I feel good about our progress now :-).
